Challenges
An ICSID ad hoc committee dismissed Argentina’s annulment application on January 24, 2014. Argentina appealed the D.D.C. judgment (D.C. Cir. No. 25-7066) after the court rejected its statute-of-limitations defense.
Enforcement
D.D.C. No. 21-cv-2464 (Judge Walton) confirmed the award on April 4, 2025 and entered judgment for the principal, 6% compound interest to the date of judgment, and post-judgment interest.
