United States: the D.D.C. (19-cv-3783) confirmed the award on August 12, 2025. Belgium: a June 2025 attachment of Eurocontrol payments owed to Enaire (€75.76M) was revoked by the Brussels Court of First Instance on October 20, 2026 on EU-law and state-aid grounds, and the funds were returned to Spain.
