D.D.C. No. 21-cv-3232 (Judge Cobb), filed December 9, 2021. On April 13, 2023 the court denied Spain’s motion to dismiss without prejudice and stayed the case, which remains pending with periodic status reports (latest October 12, 2026). In Germany, the Essen Regional Court rejected Spain’s request for an anti-enforcement injunction on April 12, 2024.
