Annulment dismissed. Zimbabwe applied to the tribunal for interpretation of the award (registered December 11, 2025) and asked for a stay of enforcement (April 9, 2026), which is pending.
Enforcement
United States: D.D.C. (1:21-cv-02004). The D.C. Circuit affirmed jurisdiction in November 2024, and the D.D.C. enforced the award on July 24, 2026.
